• To create, confirm, reschedule and remind you about bookings.

• To process payments and, where applicable, private health insurance claims.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to trusted service providers who help us run the business, including:

• Google (Analytics/Ads) — website traffic and conversion tracking. Data may be processed on servers outside Australia (United States).
• SMS/email providers — used to deliver OTP codes and booking notifications; these may be processed outside Australia.
